The decline of the Moonglade roleplaying realm.

We have several roleplaying servers to chose from. Including Moonglade, where roleplayers like myself like to play. There is a policy to uphold the "roleplaying" in "roleplaying realm". And the Game-Masters work hard to do this, however this does not seem to be enough. Our server seems to be declining at a fast rate. "Words" like "u","r", "level" and just "lvl" are being incorporated into our /say and /yell chats daily. It seems that we have more non-roleplaying people than roleplaying people on our server nowadays... I ask of you a solution to this problem, some suggestions:

1. Make people who join or have joined agree to the policy when creating their character and remove these people when breaking the policy. (One warning, decays after two weeks.)
2. Actually remove players after they have been reported for inappropriate behaviour, don't just tell them they have been naughty and be done with it.

I for one am sick and tired of all the OOCing going on around here. And I think I am not alone, hence this petition.
