We, the Undersigned, after reviewing the available facts and information in the case of Eric Bechler conclude that:
The known facts and lack of evidence in this case fatally undermine the integrity and accuracy of the trial that resulted in Eric Bechler's conviction;
The lack of physical evidence produces overwhelming doubt of Eric Bechler's guilt and points strongly to his innocence.
Justice delayed is justice denied and to deny justice undermines judicial institutions and violates human rights laws and standards; therefore
We join the Eric Bechler Support Group (a bipartisan group of concerned individuals) in seeking justice in his case, in demanding that the authorities of the state of California review his case, and that immediate steps be taken to ensure either an acquittal or a new trial be given to Eric Bechler.
