Unacceptable, Outrageous, Unusual, and Unethical Lawsuits

This is a petition to create a law that will ban and lawsuits that are unacceptable, outrageous, unusual, or due to ones own error and would give the defendant in the trial the right to have the trial reveiwed for the validity of the trial. Lawsuits that I beleive fit in this category are:



Liebeck v. McDonald's Restaurants



Pearson v. Chung



These are just a few of them. Also this petiton recomends a large fine for fileing a frivolous or vexatious (stupid or unethical) lawsuit, to curd such lawsuits. These lawsuits have led to fall in the economy and desency of the United States and need to be stopped. These lawsuits also create stress and if won could cause emotional and finacial breakdown. Several states have already put such laws into action but i think greater actions and national law are needed.
