Unsatisifed With Service: Shaw/Rogers cable

Dear Shaw/Rogers Cable, my (formerly) beloved ISP:













I (and the undersigned) wish to ask the following.













1.You cease use of Ellacoya firewalls thereby limiting and reducing the speed of our connections. You have promised us 1/3/5/7 megabit speeds and your (false) advertising says we're in for the fastest internet we've ever used. Your use of this technology takes away all the speed your internet service formerly offered, and any 'fun' we may have had while using your internet service.













2.You upgrade your bandwith capabilities to provide every person who gives you money the service they were promised. We are fully aware of the $160 million in revenue you made this year that you have nothing to spend on. Rule number 1 of business is to make the customer happy. Make your customers happy and give us what we were promised.













3.Comply with the above or: refund every person to the amount of speed they paid for. I will make this very clear, we WILL use that money (and any that you would have received) to pay for alternate high-speed connections.
