You have sold Samsung SSD drives as part of your high end machines,presumably to offer faster and better computing experiences to yourcustomers.
Microsoft specifically included TRIM support in Windows 7 to the sameobjective, and Samsung have released updated drive firmware to supportthis.
Your reluctance to issue updated firmware to your customers is leavingthem without these essential features. This is hurting your customersand your own brand.

Please, at the very least issue a "firmware update for technicalusers" - that those of us with experience and equipment can atleast try and report back. Most of us are not afraid of backing up ourdrives and removing them to flash them - we just need the tools to doit.

Worst drive I've ever owned, skips, causes lag, slowest at installing programs, in Win7 AND Ubuntu 10. My 7200 RPM drive never had these issues and it benchamarked at only half the speed.
