West Virginia Table Games Legislation

We, the Undersigned, are against the use of Local Referendum in order to pass table games legislation. We believe this tactic has two purposes:
1) It is the only way to legalize table games in the great state of West Virginia. (A vote on table games would most certainly fail.)
2) It gives cover for legislators to claim the vote was for local referendum not table games.
We remember that West Virginia legislators have traditionally rebuffed Local Referendum and to use it in this case is a Trojan Horse. We believe a vote for legislation allowing Local Referendum of table games is synonymous with a vote for legalizing table games.
Therefore, we request that Local Referendum be removed from any legislation regarding table games.
