We, the undersigned customers and former customers of WorldCom Wireless do hereby request the Federal Communications Commission and State Attorney General's Offices from all 50 states to launch a thorough investigation into the fraudulent business practices of MCI WorldCom, Wireless division. Specifically, focus should be placed on fraudulent billing and lack of billing, harassment, overcharging, and lack of response to customer service related questions. Where applicable, lawsuits may be filed for breach of contract, and violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. By signing this petition, the undersigned state that 1) They are currently, or have previously been under contract for wireless cell phone services with MCI WorldCom Wireless, 2) have experienced problems with their service above and beyond normal consumer difficulties, and 3) have, in good faith, attempted to resolve their complaints by contacting WorldCom Wireless directly, by phone, mail, fax, or email, or any combination thereof. It is the statement of the undersigned that WorldCom has continuously ignored all attempts at a mutual resolution. Again, the FCC and State Attorney General's Offices are hereby requested to launch a full-scale investigation into this company.
