O Elevado da Perimetral é uma obra construída nos anos 50 e faz o trânsito fluir nas áreas do centro da cidade e outros bairros como o Caju, Saúde, São Cristóvão e Gamboa. Com a derrubada da obra teremos retrocessos na mobilidade urbana e na economia da cidade. A Perimetral precisa de reestruturação e não ser totalmente demolida.
