This petition is dedicated to getting a wrestling channel in Australia, for local and international promotions.
Foxtel is Australia's leading satellite service provider, and wrestling is a rapidly growing sport. These days, Australia, and the world have plenty of great Wrestling promotions to showcase talent in, but for Aussie's, no proper home. This petition is to encourage Foxtel to start up an All Wrestling channel for local and international promotions. World Wrestling Entertainment is the current leader in Pro Wrestling, and Fox 8 can tell that their WWE programming is quite famous with a lot of Foxtel customers. Personally, I got Foxtel for the wrestling.
So, along with American promotions such as WWE and TNAWrestling, we could also show local talent from places like EPWPerth, Joint Promotions, NWA Australia and more!
Australia has a lot of talent to showcase, so why not showcase it at a place that is dedicated to the sport?

I work with Joint Promotions wrestling, and it would be great to see Australian wrestling showcased along side the 'big time' promotions like WWE, NWATNA and ROH. And to see it on cable/satelite... That would be amazing.

I want it because I'm getting sick and tired of the lame storylines in WWE. I also love TNA because they have the X-division and I love to see cruiserweights go at it. Any kind of X-divison match just makes it awesome.
