Abolish the &quot;no dancing after 2 am&quot; law in Des Moines, Iowa

This is a petition to abolish the "no dancing after 2 am" law in Des Moines. The undersigned taxpayers and residents of Des Moines and central Iowa feel that the law is an infringement on they're right to free assembly. As taxpayers and residents, they feel that they have the right to dance all night long if they decide to do so. Dancing is not illegal and, in Des Moines, it is treated as so. This petition is proof of action by the residents to move to abolish the "2 am law". The residents expect action against this unconstitutonal ordinance.
