Anime Network on Time Warner Cable

Well, I was browsing the "Free on Demand" channel, one of the great ideas Time Warner Cable has provided, and I saw that there was a section of shows from a channel called "Anime Network." A channel that plays anime 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I was really excited to see it, so I did some research to find which channel it was, and I found out that they didn't even have it! So, I've waited and waited, just in case they had put it on, and it's been about 4 to 5 months now. I've gotten tired of waiting, and so now I'm starting up a petition. It may or may not help, but it's worth a try... Please sign my petition!!!!!!
