We demand that Yehoshua Ya'acov Ben Avraham and (his) wife Sarah, be granted their basic human, civil and property rights, as are extended to all Israelis, to date, systematically denied them by the government of Israel.

Ben Avraham's 'politically motivated' criminal conviction some years ago, denied him his basic right(s) to see what trial evidence was used against him, nor was he allowed to cross examine his single accuser, with no witnesses. That 'show trial,' resulted in a bogus (political) conviction, for which he served 86 days in jail (despite having no previous criminal record).

His entire nine room house lift content, was 'hijacked' in the Port of Haifa and his trunk of valuables, was stolen in a Jerusalem five star Hotel, both with the same target motive; while the Police and Ministry of Justice continue to refuse to "investigate." Why? If the Ben Avrahams are believed politically 'undesirable,' let Israel's government act to 'deport' them, and all their children. Allowing them, on this occasion, to present a full defense, as is normatively granted, to an accused, as was previously (and since) denied them.

While if there is no further "unseen evidence" against him, and he is not accused of any further "crimes," by a government, that saw his "Humanomics" basic science, as a "sedition," punishable by creative criminal indictment and a bogus prosecution; Yehoshua Ya'acov should be, and must, according to three Jerusalem High Court 'orders,' be immediately provided his Teudat Tzeut (as agreed, by the State Attorney's representations before the Jerusalem High Court-JHC, of Justice, in Sept. 2001) .

Either DEPORT the Ben Avrahams or provide Yehoshua Ya'acov his full and unrestricted citizenship, immediately.
