We, the Undersined Citzens of the United States of America, do hereby order the International Fair Trade Agreement law, passed in 1997, overwriiten. The new bill that will replace it will state that 60\% from US originated companies and businesses will return from overseas. Secondly, It will provide funding for new business startups and put US jobs here in the USA. We as the Citizens of the United States of America will be happier, safer and keep our competitiveness.
