Ben for ns_veil and ns_eclipse mapper

Benjamin Ives, the mapper responsible for the updates to ns_veil and ns_eclipse is being removed from the NS team and the maps are being put into slumber (ie not updated anymore). Get Ben reinstated so he can fix ns_eclipse and ns_veil please, i'll delete ns_nothing too. Having an active clanner listening and updating the maps is better than leaving them with bugs.
