Bring back competition in football

As you will be well aware, our beautiful game has become infested with dirty money recently and has all but ruined any competition in the English Premiership. We, the football fans of this world, feel the time has come for you, as the authority on the game, to bring in new laws to stop people like Roman Abramovich destroying the league that English football has taken over a century to turn into the most exciting league in the world.

It has become impossible to sit back and watch this bottomless bag of money cripple all that has been worked for. True football fans are all in unison when we say that Abramovich's money is not wanted in the sport. We want the competition, the excitement, the thrill of the under dog winning and the return of 4-4-2 in the game but with his money bankrolling Chelsea there is no chance of that any more.

We hope that this collection of signatures will make you see that 91 of the clubs playing League Football in England and clubs all around the world are united against Roman Abramovich and his Chelsea hobby and implore that unpredictability is returned to football.
