The International Rules hybrid game of Australian Rules and Gaelic football is ruining both codes.
International Rules is changing our great game in ways which Aussie greats would be spinning in their graves.
It was first brought in to reward the All-Australian team, in order to represent the country.
Now, we have specialist teams and not many members of the current (2005) team are from the All-Australian line-up.
So why are we doing it? All International Rules is doing is ruining out game by altering rules like holding the badd. Before we know it, our great Sherrin will be replaced by a soccer ball.
To truly reward the public and players, we demand State of Origin football be brought back to the AFL in some description.
