Bring back the IH Scout

This is a petition to asking to put the IH Scout back into production. We have a deep interest in the spirit of the original Scout and believe there is not many choices in a production vehicle designed more for off-road capability. We would like to see as much original aspects of the Scout remain as possible. We would like a bare bones Scout with the emphasis on ruggedness, reliability, and capability like the original.
