Broadband Infrastructure in Point Cook
Sign Now
As a resident of Point Cook I would like to draw your attention to the current state of internet infrastructure in my suburb. Much of the suburb has been connected to the local phone exchange via a system called a RIM. This method of connection means that houses are able to get basic phone lines but most are subsequently unable to get broadband. Those luck few that are able to get broadband can only get the basic ADSL 1.
Point Cook is a rapidly growing suburb and Telstra has failed to provide adequate infrastructure.
We call on you to please take action to help your constituents get a level of infrastructure that is currently provided to suburbs throughout Melbourne.
