To: Chatham County School Board;
We, the Parents and People of Chatham County, hereby request that You (Chatham County School Board) provide the Parents of Chatham County Students and the Public with at least three (3) business days(not to include weekends and holidays) notice of special meetings called to session. Additionally, We request that there be a seven (7) day waiting period before voting may take place on any item in such special meetings. Furthermore, We request that all board meetings, especially to include those which are open to public comment, not be held on Wednesday evenings.
