Dear Premier Dexter:
Please do not give public money towards the new convention centre if the associated private towers block the view from Citadel Hill.
The world-renowned view of George's Island and Halifax Harbour from Citadel HIll would be lost to the over 800,000 residents and tourists who enjoy the view from Citadel Hill each year and who patronize downtown hotels, restaurants and bars.
A public survey held on May 31, 2009 showed that 91\% of those polled oppose the construction of the towers.
Please do not give public money towards the privatization of the view.
Please help protect the view.
