CS and GB- Changes MUST be made!!!

On behalf of the online gaming community, we would like to formally register our dissatisfaction with the service provided by the 'Gamebattles' website and the 'Central Station' service for PS2 online. Our main complaints are as follows:

'Gamebattles' do not have strong enough punishments for those who abuse the system. People who have proven themeselves to REPEATEDLY be a nuiscance to the online community are given minor punishments and are then allowed to come back as if nothing had happened. In the case of the worst offenders, they should should be PERMANENTLY banned from using the facilities. Furthermore, it would appear as though, in some cases, many Gamebattles staff are not as impartial as they should be in deciding wins/losses in disputed matches. Certain clans continually cheat to win, and yet when complaints are made about them they STILL get the win. Gamebattles should therefore be checking that their staff ARE impartial and not allied to any particular players/clans. Gamebattles should also periodically cycle their refereeing/ admin staff to increase the likelyhood of impartiality. CS should also permamently ban cheating clans from competing in any ladders, with a close eye kept on members of those clans to prevent them from entering any new clans into the ladders.

Central Station's greatest offense is inaction where it is needed most, and action where it is NOT needed. Reapeat offender/cheats are rarely dealt with, and when they are, it is simply a case of freezing their accounts. Said offenders are then able to come back under new accounts, and even when CS admins are provided with proof that banned members have returned to the game under new accounts, they do nothing about it. Furthermore, when decent rule abiding players are forced to speak out against abusive players (because CS doesn't do anything about them), THEY are punished while the real offeneders go unpunished. CS therefore need to do more to ensure that once a person is BANNED )for GENUINE reasons), they stay banned. They also need to stop punishing people who haven't actually done anything wrong. Furthermore, it is hereby suggested that CS current admin member 'FishNPeas' should be removed from his position, due to many bad decisions on his part. There needs to be a new admin, and preferably a lot more admin staff, so that unfairly dismissed parties have more chance of appeal if they feel that they have been wronged by one idiot member of staff.

Both Gamebattles AND Central Station claim to be working towards making the online community a better place, yet there are still many acts of negligence occuring daily. If both parties have any concience, and if they truly do care about the online community, they will read and take note of the points raised here.
