DVLA to provide basic insurance to all vehicles

The DVLA to provide basic (Third party) insurance for all vehicles base on engine size, driver experience (years as listed driver to a vehicle),points endorsements, etc.. All are information that is readily available in there database. so tax discs will include a third party insurance for that year or six months period. It will be up to the owner of the vehicle to buy additional insurance protection on their vehicle. Advantages all vehicle on he road will be insured , as uninsured vehicle can easily be identified. cost the public purse less to police and prosecute uninsured vehicles owners. more money for the public purse, as more people will insure their vehicles. The insurance companies will have to work very hard for our business.. Traffic police will concentrate on other traffic offences that cost lives. Disadvantages more cars on the road. Note: with all this new revenue, the government should invest in a better road infrastructure, or variable work start and end times , so all cars don't pour unto the roads at the same time. etc.
