EBayers concerned about unwelcome seller on ebay

We the following buyers and sellers of EBay feel we have been unjustly treated by the Ebay seller beautifulhealing (M. Meleno) http://feedback.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback&userid=beautifulhealing we feel she takes EBay's rating system as a personal means to belittle harass, and intimidate other EBay buyers and sellers who intend on having honest above board, and pleasant transactions. We feel EBay needs to protect it's buyers instead of allowing sellers to use the system as a personal tool for retaliation.

This seller is notorious for excessive shipping and handling, price gouging, and for displaying violent and horrendous behavior through the feedback rating systems and in private emails. This type of behaviour has no place on EBay's system.

Listings that include excessive shipping and handling fees lead to a poor buying experience and un-level the playing field by putting sellers who charge reasonable shipping and handling charges at a disadvantage. These listings undermine the trust and legitimacy of eBays marketplace.

We ask that EBay take a good long look at the feedback both left and recieved for this Ebayer, and apply one, or all of the following actions

Listing cancellation
Limits on account privileges
Account suspension
Forfeit of eBay fees on cancelled listings
Loss of PowerSeller status

We ask Ebay read the following statements from fellow EBayers trying hard to follow the guidlines and respsecting one another.

It is through people like this person, that we find ourselves losing faith in EBay, and heading towards Ebay'scompetitors.
