The Internet was founded in the United States, created by the United States. So, every website ending in .com, .net, .org, and .us should be REQUIRED to have English as the ONLY language. With the exception of language learning sites, not only should standard websites like those for companies be required by law to be in English, but so should forums and blogs, INCLUDING those who post on it. For example, in a forum, if someone posts in another language, they should be jailed or fined.
