We, the undersigned NASCAR fans, beg the powers that be at Dale Earnhardt, Incorporated, to release the driver of the #8 car. Mr. Earnhardt seemingly cannot get along with his crew chief(s), constantly blames others when the team underperforms instead of taking care of internal problems internally, and has a problem staying out of the back of the #15 car of his teammate, Michael Waltrip.
Before Dale Earnhardt Junior becomes the next version of Kyle Petty - tons of early career promise, famous name, and no talent to back it up - please fire this driver so he can find his niche somewhere else, such as commercial pitchman.
