If you believe that your Ford Focus or Fiesta has a major fault with it's transmission since you took posession, sign this petition so that Ford knows that you will stand up for your rights as a consumer. These major faults may include gears that jump or jerk through transmission up and down gears. Also, loss of power of your vehicle and an unresposive transmission may also be signs that your car has a major fault with its Transmission Control Module (TCM). Show Ford that you take Consumer Law seriously and so should they. File a case with your national Competition and Consumer Commission and Consumer Law society as well as your local tribunal, court and/or Office of Fair Trading to ensure your voice IS heard.
