Fix the BAC

We the following request these changes be made to the BAC:





That the facilities remain open 24 hours during finals





That obtaining a tutor is more streamlined so it takes less than 2 weeks.





That obtaining a computer is more streamlined and does not include bureaucratic hoops to jump through





Restore the BAC to previous operating hours (Open at 1PM on Sunday, and remain open until 11PM on Sunday through Thursday), providing student athletes more opportunities to study.





Allow the student athletes to print review tests (The BAC Management recently prohibited the printing of any form of review test).





It is easily possible to implement the above demands. While some of the management claims that these demands are unfeasible, with little more than simple research I have found this claim to be both unfounded and erroneouson all counts.
