Fix the Fence and Close the Royal Holloway Back Gate onto Spring Rise Earlier at Night

We, the residents of Egham, who live close to the back gate into Royal Holloway, would like it to close earlier at night. We would also like the fence around the gate to be properly secured so that there is no climbing over the fence.
The gate is at the end of a residential street and we are regularly being woken up by noisy, drunk-sounding students going in and out of the gate late at night. The current closing times of 23:15 weekdays and 00:45 Friday and Saturday night are too late for the elderly and young families who live on these streets.
