Four Lakes Forest Preserve Fall Catchable Trout

We believe that Four Lakes Forest Preserve should be stocked with catchable Rainbow Trout during the Spring and Fall seasons. Not only would this bring more people into the sport of fishing, it would generate more money for the Illinois Department of Natural Resources and it would make Four Lakes Forest Preserve a better fishery then what it is today. Large Mouth Bass and Northern Pike would triple in size with stocked Rainbow Trout and this would get more anglers motivated to catch that trophy sized fish.
