Get rid of Chris Claremont for good

Chris Claremont has been writing on X-Men for years, he did a 17 year run and it was fair to say that for that time, it was pretty good, but for nowadays, where readers are looking for more than just action, they're looking for drama and character development, Claremont has no talent of. He did an awful attempt at comeback on 2000 writing for Uncanny and X-Men, none of those characters he created are even remembered, then he was given his own title run, X-Treme X-Men, one of the most HORRIBLE comics run I have ever had the disgust of reading, I had collected all at one time, and now it is all sold thru who else, but e-bay. After X-Treme I finally thought he was done with, but noooo, he then is given the task of writing for Uncanny AGAIN, OH LORD, this man has no imagination! His stories lead nowhere, he makes X-Men seem like they can just take over the whole world (eg: Uncanny 444), and the characters are just simple objects to use! Please Marvel, have this man retire already! Give other writers a chance, there are so many young talents out there, why bring in the old?


Reading Claremont's work is like watching the horror of X-Men 3 all over again. Please, don't have him brought to write X-Men EVER AGAIN!!
