Help Our Vietnamese People

PETITION OF THE VIETNAMESE PEOPLE TO ALL THE PRESIDENTS AND THE GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS OF ALL THE NATIONS IN THE WORLD

Dear President of the Senate and Dear Senators
Dear President of the House of Representatives and Dear Representatives
Dear Prime Minister and General Secretary, Minister for Foreign Affairs,
Dear Ambassadors,
Ladies and Gentlemen,

We sincerely thank you, according to our request, and with the democratic spirit, You have repeatedly intervened with the Communist government of Vietnam, to demand the release of all the fighters for human rights, freedom, democracy and territorial integrity of Vietnam. But until now, the Vietnamese government only temporarily released for one year Father Nguyen Van Ly, to heal his sickness, after 17 years of imprisonment, and Lawyer Le Thi Cong Nhan, after three years in prison and she still has 3 years of probation, without her civil rights. Venerable Thich Quang Do also remains on probation for an indefinite period of time, illegally!
Thus, not only did the Vietnamese government treat with contempt your intervention, they continued to violate free speech and religious freedom, to persecute Protestants, imprison thousands of dissidents and petitioners (house and land owners who lost their houses and lands) and also increase the tricks of terrorism, repression, arrests, beatings, imprisonment for all other struggling voices, and they surrendered Vietnamese land and waters to the Chinese Communists.
The people of Vietnam and the World Community are extremely pained and resentful to have witnessed during the past 65 years, how the Vietnamese government has often deliberately fooled the world community and unilaterally disregarded the Geneva and Paris Agreements on Vietnam, abusing democratic freedoms to capture power, disguised as democracy, freedom to maintain totalitarian dictatorship and suppression of democracy, stifling control on religions, destroying national culture and undermining the families in Vietnam.
To help the Vietnamese people through the pains and shames, under the rule of the Communist authorities who are an inhuman team who often used the "law of the jungle", using the Communist Party and the bloody hands of the police to suppress our people, through the use of an arbitrary and cruel legal system, with a deceptive spirit of slavery to the Chinese Communists, to consolidate power, dictatorship, and corruption. We ask you, please speak up to demand that the Vietnamese government respect and fully implement the Vietnamese and international laws and also recognize specific commitments:

- Execution of Geneva and Paris Agreements on Vietnam and the United Nations Charter;
- Respect for human rights, freedom, democracy, pluralism, and multi-party general elections held: free elections with free candidates, with international supervision;
- Release immediately and unconditionally all activists for human rights, political prisoners, prisoners of conscience, the detention of the petitioners because those are serious violations of human rights prescribed by Article 19 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, the Convention which the communist government of Vietnam has signed (Note: These rights are also mentioned in the Constitution, Article 69 of The communist government of Vietnam).
If the Communist Party and the government remains stubborn and continues to disregard your warnings, we will be very grateful if you kindly help the Vietnamese people:
- Application of financial sanctions against the Communist authorities;
- Prosecuting the Communist Party of Vietnam and the government before the International Criminal Court in La Hague and / or Human Rights Council United Nations and / or Bicameral European and / or the Criminal Court in Belgium, Argentine , Spain....

- Expulsion of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam from the United Nations for the failure to strictly implement the Charter of the United Nations, and the committing of genocide, crimes against humanity that they do not intend to repair;

- Actively support in spirit and in substance the right OF ALL VIETNAMESE TO PROSECUTE THE VIETNAMESE COMMUNISTS ABOUT THEIR CRIMES, and the complaints filed with the United Nations and the Criminal Court which has jurisdiction.
- The Vietnamese people believe that the United States, Europe, Australia and other democratic countries can not, because of the Economic and Commercial Service with Vietnam, ignore the trampling of human rights, religious persecution, terrorism, detention, the house arrest of democracy fighters and land owners victims of the communist authorities.

Vietnamese people would like to express sincere gratitude for your special attention and assistance, dedicated to the Vietnamese people to have a chance to rise to the world Civilization, Progress, Freedom, Democracy, Human Rights, Justice and Peace.
We earnestly appeal to the President and all of You, to receive here the esteem and profound gratitude of the Vietnamese people and ours.
