Help put an end to Snapdeal cheating people

Snapdeal is an e-commerce website in India. They are following highly unethical business practice. This came to my attention only when I ordered a phone in Snapdeal and got a used product from them. Already a week has passed as of today and I have not got a refund. You can understand that there is actually a bigger problem if you visit the Facebook page of Snapdeal. Thousands of customers are being cheated like this. The only explanation for this is sellers are tying-up with Snapdeal and are trying to sell used products to people in the cost of a new product. Snapdeal is responsible because it says that the product is checked for quality before packing.

To put a used product inside a box and seal it and send to a buyer is not a mistake my friends, it is fraud. Imagine if this happens to someone who is not very educated and affluent. I am sure Snapdeal will have their way with a person like that and simply rob him blind. It is high time we raise our voice against these companies who cheat us and take our hard earned money.
