We as Clarington residents or businesses residing in the Townline/Varcoe/Darlington Rd oppose of the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment, under Section 34 of the Planning Act, 1990 to:
THE PROPOSED ZONING BY-LAW AMENDMENT SUBMITTED BY DUNBURY DEVELOPMENTS (COURTICE) LTD. WOULD PERMIT THE DEVELOPMENT OF A SIX BAY MASTER MECHANIC COMMERCIAL BUILDING BEHIND THE EXISTING SHOELESS JOE’S RESTAURANT IN COURTICE.
THE SUBJECT PROPERTY IS LOCATED AT 1419 DURHAM HIGHWAY 2 IN COURTICE.

Also, we are opposed to the Municipal’s future plan to construct a driveway directly along the property lines of residents on Foxhunt Trail to join plazas from Tim Horton’s to The Courtyard exiting Darlington Rd.
