This petition is for the Hilaryduff.com official fanclub members. As we are all... or most of us... are aware of the member "Hilary_Erhard_Duffs_Official_#1_Fan".
Most of us have had some kind of interaction with her. I'm sorry to say this, but most of our interactions with her have been negative. She has accused people of starting fights, when they really didn't do anything. She brings down members for no reason at all. She is usually the route of fights on the forums.

The younger members on the fanclub probably think that this is what being a fanclub member is all about. It isn't. For those of you who were members back in the metamorphosis layout days and before that, the fanclub had barely any fights and everyone was so friendly and it was amazing. Being part of a fanclub definitely shouldn't consist of defending your right and your stance as a TRUE FAN.

And who can forget the fights over who is hilary's number one fan?

I have been told that she has been warned by admin and they have also posted saying that we shouldn't compete the way we are.

This petition is to attempt to get "Hilary_Erhard_Duffs_Official_#1_Fan" banned from the forums. Not to get her banned from the fanclub, because, i hope, we all want as many Hilary supporters in the fanclub as possible. The forums would be the only thing that we are trying to get her banned from. Contests, pre sales, blog, pics etc. should certainly not be banned.

The decision is not up to me, or any of you, but maybe and hopefully by creating this petition and getting as many people to sign it as possible, the admin of hilaryduff.com will see that this really is an issue that is getting fans very upset.
