Horseland Insurance Idea

Dear readers,
This petition is about Horseland and the amount of people and money that gets scammed. I have been scammed over 20million HLD(HorseLand Dollars) and I couldn't get anything in return. Horseland is making huge updates, and new things will be made to continue to scam others. I used to own an Insurance account, though many people have told me I could not do that, as it couldn't be trusted. I have an idea, that can be used, to help those whom have been scammed and hacked of both money and horses. Horseland can make up an account, where only money can come in, and that the transactions must be approved before they happen. It's almost like the Guest account, only that the HorseLand opperators have control with everything. The account will have donation horses plus payment horses, and only one trusted person will have the account. I, 1889609, did originally start HLI (HorseLand Insurance) but then I stopped, gave back everyone the moneythat they paid. I did start it back up, though too many people got mad and forced me to close. I did tell HL about the idea, and they said that they will consider the idea. I need to get over 500 people to sign, so that they will hopefully agree and set up the account.
