I was a tenant renting the 2nd floor apartment that gave me alot of problems,
The walls and floorsin my apartment were so thin i could'nt walk in my own apartment with out disturbin the tenant downstairs,carpeting on the floor did no good i kept getting complaints all the time,and the land lord next door complained about my TV being too loud,it was a waste of money,the landlord raised my rent,served me an eviction notice,took me to court and charged high court fees and whene i refused to pay the landlord kept my security deposit and wrongly had my wages Garnished
