We, the undersigned fans of the Hershey Bears (hereafter referred to as "the Bears") in general, and Eric Perrin (hereafter referred to as "Eric") in particular, wish to inform the Bears of our strong desire to have Eric re-signed for another season with the Bears.
We realise that the decision to sign or to not sign is one of Eric's own deciding, however, we feel that with proper incentives and contractual offerings, he would find it difficult to leave the Bears.
We would like Eric to know how much he means to the fans of the Bears as a player, as a leader, and as a person. While he is free to play for any team, in any country in the world, should he decide to not play in the NHL, we sincerely hope he will choose to keep Hershey as his home, and the Hershey Bears as his team.
