Legalization of Gay Marriage

We, The Undersigned, as a legal consenting body and citizens of the United States of America, hereby request the immediate legalization of same-sex marriages in this country. The discrimination against gay/lesbian/transexual couples has reached a point of absolute disregard for the lives and happiness of human beings. We, The Undersigned, also wish to inquire as to why the United States Government, ruled that a plaque depicting The Ten Commandments was to be removed and cited the seperation of church and state as the reason for it, but now wish to use the Bible as their primary platform for opposing gay marriage. This hypocricy is mindless politics and it needs to stop immediately. Why does it matter if gay marriage is allowed when the opposition has no part in it?
