MVFC CEO Application - Michael Nuciforo

Dear Melbourne Victory Football Club Supporters,

My name is Michael Nuciforo and I recently applied for the position of Melbourne Victory CEO. I was born and raised in this great state and I am a Melbourne Victory paid up member. I applied for this role because I believe I can help take the club forward in the right direction. I may be young and inexperienced, but one thing I am certainly not lacking in is passion for the Melbourne Victory Football Club and the Victorian public. As soon as the club was incepted into the A-League I just wanted to be a part of it.

My main motives for applying for the position are to forward my ideas to fellow supporters, members, and the footballing public. I believe my nous and judgment can drive the club forward to continual success on and off the field. My ideas are new and fresh and come from a different perspective than the other potential candidates. I have sat in the stands and cheered for the team and I will always fight for what's right for the Club.


Even though I am not realistically expecting to win the role I am hoping my plans for success are taken into consideration by the fans and the club in any case. If there is a better candidate with better ideas I hope he is hired because what's best for the club is what we should all be striving for. If you do however support the ideas proposed in my application please support my campaign. At the very least you will show the club that you are not happy with the current lack of direction.

As the CEO of Melbourne Victory I will ensure the voice of the average supporter is heard. I will sit with the fans, sing with the fans and speak with the fans. I will walk around and ensure every one is involved from the ground up. I will not take a back-seat role. My intentions are to be at the forefront of a successful sports program for years to come.
