As you see on this career builder http://www.wardb.com/career.aspx?id=11#0:0:15:0:0:0:25 , if u put all points on Immolation you have this: Detonate 744+187 dmg, Boiling Blood 655 dmg and Ignite 549 dmb (IM NOT COUNTING INT BONUS OR CRITS) so = 2135 dmg in 15 secs, istantly without any kind of players ability. You call this fair?
But I dont want to spend so much words for things that we all know.
Mythic knows too.
