On 11/22/2010, Netflix announced that it will raise prices on all of its DVD plans and create a streaming-only plan effective 1/2/2011. Netflix has overlooked the customers who do not use the instant watch feature and has refused to create a DVD only plan. If Netflix does not create a cost effective DVD only plan in all DVD-out options, I, the signee, pledge to take one of the following courses of action on that date in protest:
1. Drop my plan by one movie (i.e. if I have a 3-out plan, I drop to 2-out)
2. Put my plan on hold indefinitely until profiles are returned
3. Cancel my Netflix account outright
