Nirvana must be Honored On MTV&#039;s &quot;Icon&quot;

Many in my generation have felt the strong impact of the great band "Nirvana." Although the band is no longer together; new fans are being born and experiencing the heart that Nirvana provides. Millions of fans world wide have spent many hours enjoying the beautiful music Nirvana made in their relatively short career.

We feel that since MTV has been a driving force in Nirvana's mainstream success, it is only fitting that Nirvana is honored with a MTV Icon Ceremony. It is time!
