NO to MASSIVE CELL TOWER near Downtown Bartlett in Residential Neighborhood!
The signers of this petition demand the Bartlett Board, Plan Commission and Park District to work cooperatively with US Cellular on a more acceptable solution. The proposed 140' tower is NOT acceptable because:
- Does not belong in a residential neighborhood
- Is not the Least Intrusive solution
- Requires a massive zoning variance
- No shared financial benefits
- Not consistent with the strategic plan
