We, the undersigned, do undertake to refuse all contibutions of money, time or services to the International Committee of the Red Cross, the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and/or to any constituent national organisation of these bodies enjoying full membership in either or both of these bodies until such time as the ICRC and the International Federation rescind their decision to attempt to supplant the Red Cross with the "Red Crystal" and until they reconsider their decades old decision not to grant the State of Israel full membership.
