Paintball Field in Birmingham Metro Area

We, the citizens of Alabama, have many ways of entertainment. One of the ways that many choose to entertain themselves is paintball. Paintball is the 3rd largest extreme sport, and is played by 15 Million people world wide and is played widely in 35 countries. However, If you don't live in or near McCalla, Bessemer, Tuscaloosa, or South Alabama, you must drive a long way to play paintball with people other than close friends. Also, if you are forced to play in a back yard, neighbors may call the police and complain. This is why we need a Paintball field in the Birmingham metro area. One possible location for this field is at the Oak Mountian State Park. This location is ideal because of the combination of woods and natural clear areas. This means that the area would require minimal alteration and little money. The field could be started by donations and run with a small field fee along with air refill charges. The field could be supplied with air by a simple air compressor or a CO2 tank. The field could be supplied with referees by volunteers that could play at the field for free. The field could be managed by the referees. As you can see, this addition would require little funding by the state. The field would end up paying its own way and repaying the state for the money that they put into it. This addition would also put money back into the Oak Mountian State Park. The Paintball field has no negative aspects, but many positive.
