People FOR the new rule banning contests on neopets.com

As you all know TNT (the neopets team) has banned contests. Many people are angry with this and have started there own petition against the new rule. This petition is FOR the new rule and AGAINST those people's petition against the rule.The new rule is needed for these reasons. Guilds are not an easy way to get free stuff. Guilds are a place where people with common interests can get together to have fun.
