Petition on behalf of the Rangers support to Charles Green

Mr Green, We the undersigned, are Rangers supporters who disagree with the admittance of the club into the SPL with sanctions. The other SPL club chairmen want our club in the league to preserve television and other commercial deals but handicapped by either points deductions of financial penalties. If this was to be the case we would prefer that we seek to join the Scottish Football League. We will continue to offer our support to the club should we play in the SFL 3rd Division next season.
