Whereas Adrian Garth is an employee of the City of Aberdeen and,
Whereas, it is his duty to administer the policies of the City of Aberdeen in regard to providing electric power to the citizens in accordance with the guidelines set by the Tennessee Valley Authority and,
Whereas, Garth has selectively enforced the disconnection policy, favoring his friends, relatives, and the friends and relatives of certain other elected officials
Now, therefore, we the undersigned respectfully request his immediate resignation from the City of Aberdeen.
