petition to abolish cctv parking fines

i am setting up this petition in hope of abolishing cctv traffic enforcement. many councils are using cctv 'enforcement' unfairly in a bid to raise money and screwing over already over taxed drivers i am sick of the ways councils go about giving out fines with no leeway or consideration to anybody. please pass onto all your friends so we can show the government how sick of their under handed tactics we have become
