Whereas Dr. Orly Taitz, a lawyer, dentist and real estate agent, is knowingly and willingly perpetuating a myth concerning President Barack Obama's citizenship;
Whereas Dr. Taitz has brought forth several frivolous lawsuits regarding President Barack Obama's birth certificate;
Whereas President Barack Obama's natural born citizen status has been verified, and his birth certificate has been authenticated on numerous occasions;
Whereas, with the knowledge of such, Dr. Taitz continues to slander and libel President Barack Obama;
Whereas she knowingly has provided an Australian birth certificate forged to appear to be a Kenyan birth certificate;
BE IT RESOLVED that Dr. Taitz's license to practice law in the State of California be revoked.
